Logistics Manager

Position Statements:

Job Responsibilities:

1. Implement and improve the rules and regulations of the storage, standard operating standards and processes, increase efficiency and reduce costs;

2. Manage goods storage areas scientifically, propose improvement plans, and ensure maximum utilization of storage;

3. Establish and improve warehousing and shipping system to ensure timely and accurate delivery of customers to the logistics terminal;

4. Work plan and schedule control of storage, rational allocation of human resources, monitoring of storage site work;

5. Revise and modify the work flow and management system of the cold storage.

Job Requirements:

1. College degree or above, related major in logistics, supply chain, warehousing management, etc.;

2. Familiar with modern logistics management system, proficient in warehouse management;

3. Strong communication and problem solving ability, with carefulness and patience;

4. Strong planning, organization, coordination ability and teamwork spirit, able to work under pressure;

5. More than three years of working experience in warehouse management related fields, experience in the related fields of frozen storage is preferred;

6. Working location: the Philippines, two signs a year.

Overseas Salesman ( the Philippines):

Position Statements:

1. Responsible for market research, sales and customer development;

2. Responsible for the correct signing of the contract and the completion of the contract review;

3. Responsible for collecting and feedback market information;

4. Assist in translation work.

1. Good English skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing;

2. Love sales work, specific market pioneering spirit;

3. Strong communication, coordination and teamwork ability;

4. Have the courage to challenge new products and reach new markets;

5. Assignment to the Philippines.
